To determine how far you're done with your level, go to a teacher offering a next level's ability and ask him about:
- You say, "Will I be able to learn <ability> soon?"
The trainer will then tell you whether you already reached the next level, or how far you're into it:

further | 16%-30% |
some further | 31%-45% |
much further | 46%-60% |
significantly further | 61%-75% |
