The Chalice of Rain is found on an altar in A Deep, Dark, Spooky, Icky Cave. You cannot simply take it off the altar unless you kill all of the orcs in the cave and cast Dispel Illusion infront of it.

• Casts Rescue a few times.
• Can be recharged by dropping it into Lake of Jala's Song and other locations, which are heavily Shal'ille attuned.
